We choose not to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement in order to provide tailored integrative care that offers extended appointment times and custom treatment options not covered by insurance policies.

Please cancel 48 hours in advance to cancel in order to avoid fees. If you request cancellation within 48 hours of appointment time, you will be charged the full office visit fee.
